The alternate bus transportation plan will remain in effect for certain roads. Continue to monitor this website for regular updates.
Bulloch County has experienced multiple tropical storms, hurricanes, and flash floods this fall season. They have seriously impacted roads, especially for large, heavy vehicles like school buses. While families, nor the school district, are able to control these conditions, we can be resilient and continue to be patient and flexible with the alternate bus routes, absences, and tardies.
- Everyone is encouraged to drive with caution
- Adhere to designated bus stops for everyone’s safety and efficiency.
- Use the Transportation Help Desk for any questions or concerns about your child’s bus route.
- Download the Edulog Parent Portal mobile application for real-time updates on your child's bus information. Visit our Transportation Services webpage for a helpful flier to assist you.
- Expect possible bus delays. You can use the Edulog Parent Portal mobile app to track updates on your child's bus.
- School Nutrition will provide breakfast to any students who arrive late due to a delayed bus.
- Parents are asked to bring their child to the stop and ensure children do not walk along roadways.
- Please remain with your child until the bus arrives and be punctual for the afternoon pick-up at the alternate stop.
- Children not picked up at their alternate stop will be returned to the school, and the school will contact a parent.
- Expect possible bus delays. You can use the Edulog Parent Portal mobile app to track updates on your child's bus.
We understand that using alternate bus stops is inconvenient and challenging, but we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this temporary adjustment. Thank you for your continued kindness and support for our bus drivers.
