Pre-Kindergarten Registration
Registration opens online on Feb. 21, 9 a.m.
Bulloch County Schools’ Pre-Kindergarten registration for the 2026/2027 school year opens online on Feb. 21, at 9 a.m. Visit the Pre-K website for more information and to register.

Need Help to Register?
While most families can complete the process from a computer or mobile device at home, the school district will host an in-person registration event, or you may make an appointment at your school. Parents are encouraged to bring all required documents to ensure a quick application process. Children do not need to attend the registration event. District staff are available to provide internet access at our facilities, help families upload documents, offer language translation services, and answer questions.
In-Person Pre-Kindergarten Registration Event
In-Person Pre-Kindergarten Registration Event: Saturday, February 21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Board of Education, located at 150 Williams Road, in Statesboro. Guests may enter Entrance E.
Virtual Lottery Drawing is March 26
Pre-Kindergarten registration will remain open on the school district’s website throughout the 2026/2027 school year; however, because demand for this early childhood education program often exceeds the 398 available spaces, the district uses a lottery system.
To be included in the virtual lottery drawing on March 26, families must complete their registration by Friday, March 13, at 12 noon. Applications received after the deadline will not be included in the lottery drawing. Your registration application is not complete until your child's birth certificate, Social Security number or waiver, your picture identification, and your proof of residence have all been correctly uploaded.
Watch your school's lottery online live or later. A scheduled is listed on the website.
What's New: Application Time Stamp for Out-of-Zone Waitlis
This year each completed application will be time stamped. If a child is placed on the out-of-zone waitlist, their rank on that list will be determined by how early their Pre-K application was received. The district recommends that families register for Pre-K as soon as possible.
