Make a Content Harmful to Minors Report
Principals’ Timeline: Must take steps to investigate the report within seven days; If needed and appropriate, convene meeting of media specialist and school council to review; Must discuss with the executive director of Academic Support prior to conferring with the parent or guardian; Must confer with the parent within ten days to discuss results of investigation. Refer those wishing to appeal to the Superintendent’s office.
