School Improvement Plans

Bulloch County Schools believes in continuous improvement.  Each of our schools annually conducts a school improvement process and produces a school improvement plan. You may review your school's improvement plan. The following steps are used to create each plan:

• Step 1: Identify Needs: consult multiple sources to determine what needs improvement in the school;
• Step 2: Select Interventions: research strategies to determine solutions that have a good chance of meeting the identified school needs;
• Step 3: Plan Implementation: develop a team who plans to implement the solutions that are most promising and feasible solutions;
• Step 4: Implement Plan: carry out the plan to implement the promising solutions, making real-time adjustments as needed; and
• Step 5: Examine Progress: determine whether the implemented solutions meet the school's identified needs.
