Instructional coaches build capacity throughout the district, equip teachers to improve student achievement, and help encourage continuous improvement for students and faculty.

Bulloch County Schools' instructional coaches support teachers as they assess where they are as educators, plan for how to grow their skills, and put effective practices in action to best benefit their students, their school, and their career as educators.
