Academic Support

The Academic Support Department within our School Improvement Office provides professional development programs, strategies, and guidance to our faculty and schools to help support them as they make data-driven decisions to raise the achievement levels of students and educators. They help build capacity throughout the school district by equipping and empowering teachers to improve student achievement and foster continuous improvement and growth for everyone. Research has shown that coaching is the best way to increase the leadership capacity of faculty and transform the daily instructional practices in our classrooms.
