Our Expectations
Be A Driving Force
With more than 100 daily bus bus routes and 1500+ student trips annually, our drivers travel more than 1.3 million miles each year. This takes leaders, clerical staff, trainers, bus drivers, bus monitors, and mechanics who work as a team.
Be A Roving Ambassador
Our expectation is for drivers to be roving ambassadors, mentors, and teachers. School buses are an extension of our classrooms, in fact our drivers receive the same classroom behavior management training as our teachers.
Be A Mentor & Teacher
School bus drivers are the first and last face that many students see each day. They support children and schools by striving to provide safe travel to learning environments. They teach children about bus safety and expectations for behavior while on the bus.
