Request for Proposals:  The Bulloch County Board of Education is seeking sealed proposals for Construction Managers for the construction of a new Southeast Bulloch High School.  The Board proposes to select the most qualified Construction Management Firm to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the construction of the above referenced project.

Submission of Proposals & Deadline: Proposals will be received by the Bulloch County Board of Education, 150 Williams Road, Statesboro, Georgia, 30458 until 1:00 pm, prevailing time on September 20, 2023. The procedures for contracts as established by the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law, O.C.G.A., 36-91-1 shall be followed.  Oral, fax or email responses will not be acceptable.

Contact: A package with requirements for Construction Management at Risk Proposals may be obtained with a written request via U.S. Mail at the office of James W. Buckley and Associates, Inc. 114 North Green Street, Swainsboro, Georgia, 31002, to the attention of Teresa Moore or by email. Written requests shall be on company letterhead and include firm name, principal (owner), phone and fax numbers, and mailing address with project name, dated and signed.

The Bulloch County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
