Construction Management at Risk Services
The Bulloch County Board of Education (Board) is accepting sealed proposals for Construction Managers for renovations to its Statesboro High School heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. The Board proposes to select the most qualified Construction Management Firm to enter into a guaranteed maximum price contract for the construction of the referenced project.
The procedures for contracts as established by the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law, O.C.G.A., 36-91-1 shall be followed.
Bid Documents: A package with requirements for Construction Managers AT Risk proposals may be obtained either by U.S. Mail or email. Written requests shall be on company letterhead and include firm name, principal (owner), phone and fax numbers, and mailing address with project name, dated and signed.

Bid Deadline: Proposals will be received by the Bulloch County Board of Education, at 150 Williams Road, Statesboro , Georgia, 30458 until 2:00 pm, prevailing time on June 17, 2026.
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities. Oral, fax or email responses will not be acceptable.
Local Produce
The District is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposal from entities to provide fresh produce to the Bulloch County School District for fiscal year 2026-2027. The District is committed to its “Farm to School” program, and endeavors to work with one or more vendors that support the District’s vision of bringing fresh, local, and high-quality produce to schools.
This request for proposals is intended to result in a fixed price contract for one year, July 01, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The Bulloch County School System is tax-exempt.

Local Proteins
The District is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposal from entities to provide fresh locally raised and processed protein to the Bulloch County School District for fiscal year 2026 to 2027. The District is committed to its Farm to School program, and endeavors to work with one or more vendors that support the District’s vision of bringing fresh, local, and high-quality food to schools. We define locally as: raised and processed within a 200-mile radius of Bulloch County.
This request for proposals is intended to result in a fixed price contract for one year, July 01, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The Bulloch County School System is tax-exempt.

Fiber Backbones for Southeast Bulloch High & Brooklet Elementary
Posted: March 16, 2026
Purpose: Bulloch County Schools' Information Technology Department requests bids for replacing the fiber backbones at two of its schools. The fiber is for internal connections, preferably TiniFiber or equivalent.
School Locations: Each school is to be quoted separately.
