Pre-Kindergarten Program

Bulloch County Schools Pre-K Program

Bulloch County Schools has 12 Georgia Pre-Kindergarten sites that are housed in our nine elementary and three high schools. Overseen by Bright from the Start, Georgia's Department for Early Care and Learning, these lottery-funded educational programs help prepare children for kindergarten using state-approved pre-k standards and curriculum.

Across the district we have a total of 19 classrooms, with space for 416 children. Our pre-k classes are for the full school day. Classes follow the same 180-day Bulloch County Schools calendar as our K-12 classes. Registration for the 2017-18 school year is now closed and all available slots have been filled.  Pre-kindergarten Registration is held in March each year, and we advertise the dates through our schools, local media, and on the district's media platforms.
