PROVIDE THE OPTIMUM
ENVIRONMENT FOR LEARNING . . .

Providing a safe, secure environment where students have an optimum chance to succeed is a priority within our system.

Through two community-wide efforts, one concerning safety, the other discipline, Bulloch County Schools strengthened policies and procedures to provide an atmosphere conducive to learning.

ACHIEVING THE RIGHT
ENVIRONMENT FOR LEARNING . . .

For the youngest student to our high school seniors, the system's Student Handbook outlines a complete set of guidelines for appropriate behavior in the school setting, as well as consequences of inappropriate actions.

To set positive expectations, these guidelines are discussed in the classroom and provided for parents

PREPARING FOR
SAFER SCHOOLS . . .

A community-wide task force of emergency preparedness officials joined the Bulloch County Board of Education's effort to create an emergency preparedness plan.

Leadership teams from each school customized individual school safety plans that outline step-by-step procedures in instances concerning natural disasters or intruders.
