May 3, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. & 3:30 – 6 p.m., Charge Ahead Hiring Expo, Ogeechee Technical College Natural Resources Building


Ogeechee Technical College and Coastal Work Source Georgia are hosting a hiring fair for current high school seniors on Thursday, May 3, in the Natural Resources Building on OTC’s campus (20 Joe Kennedy Blvd.). Local and area industries will be on hand and want to connect young, local talent with job opportunities and careers. 

If you are a 12th grade student who plans to go straight into a career after high school graduation, the event is for you. All local and area high school seniors are welcome to attend. Industries have full- and part-time opportunities available.


Bulloch County Schools is providing bus transportation for its students. See the assigned bus schedules below. Seniors are also welcome to visit the event on their own at any time from 9:00-2:00 and 3:30-6:00. 


Bulloch County Schools' bus departures for event: SHS (two buses) 9 a.m. through 9:40 a.m.; SEBHS (one bus) 9:40 through 10:20 a.m.; PMHS (one bus) 9:40 through 10:20 a.m.; and TLC (one bus) 10:20 through11:00 a.m.


Seniors who want to participate should complete a Personal Skills Assessment Form and bring five copies of it with them. These forms are being emailed out to Bulloch County Schools’ seniors, and they are also available from their high school counselor and on OTC's and the school system’s websites.
